Questions about pricing

Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You get 14 days free with no card. You add a card only when you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan to keep quoting and invoicing. If you don't, nothing is deleted: your quotes, invoices and customers are kept, and your customers can still open and pay what you already sent them. You just can't sign in to make new ones until you subscribe.
Is there a contract?
No. It is billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time from the Your plan page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Customers pay by card or bank through Stripe and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its own processing fees on those payments, separate from your QuoteDash plan.
Is there a setup fee, or a charge per user?
No setup fee. The plan is for your business; there is one price.
Is there a limit on texts or AI drafts?
Each month the plan includes up to 500 texts to your customers and 200 AI drafts, far more than a typical business uses. If you reach one, that feature pauses until the next month and everything else keeps working. Email us if you regularly need more.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund a period that has started, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want the next month. The full wording is in the terms.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. You'll see a receipt for each payment, and you can change your card or cancel from the Your plan page.
