How to fill it in

  • List the service call or diagnosis fee as its own line, so the customer sees what it covers.
  • Show labor as hours times your rate, and parts as their own lines, so a question about the total is easy to answer.
  • If the customer paid a deposit, enter it under the totals so the balance due is clear.
  • Say when payment is due, and how to pay, right on the invoice.

Or do this in QuoteDash

QuoteDash turns the accepted quote into an invoice in one tap, credits any deposit, and lets your customer pay by card or bank from the same kind of link. You can also mark it paid for cash or a check.

Questions

Is this template really free?
Yes. Download the PDF, print it, or fill it in on screen. You don't need an account.
Do I need to charge tax?
Whether and how you charge sales tax depends on where you work and what you sell. Add a tax line to the table if it applies to you.
Can customers pay from the invoice?
On paper, they pay the way you write down. In QuoteDash, the invoice is a link where they can pay by card or bank.
