No. Without it, your customers pay the way you write down, and you mark the invoice paid yourself when the money arrives.

How to connect Stripe and get paid online

Connect your own Stripe account, and your customers can pay a deposit or an invoice by card or bank from the link you send. The money goes straight to your Stripe account.

Steps

Open Settings and find the payments section.
Tap Connect Stripe. If you have started before, the button says Continue Stripe setup.
Follow Stripe's steps to create or sign in to your account and add your business and bank details.
When you are sent back to QuoteDash, check that Stripe shows as connected. Until Stripe has finished checking you, online payments stay off.
From then on, your customers see a Pay now button on invoices, and Pay deposit after they accept a quote with a deposit.

Good to know

Stripe charges its own processing fees, separate from your QuoteDash plan. QuoteDash takes no cut of your payments.
Bank payments show as processing until they clear.
You can also write your own payment instructions in Settings, for customers who pay by check, cash or an app such as Venmo. These show on the invoice under How to pay.
