Use one of your recovery codes instead of the 6-digit code. The page on two-factor sign-in explains where to find them.

Getting into QuoteDash takes an email and a password. This page covers creating your account, logging in, and what to do if you forget your password.

To start, tap Create an account. Choose your kind of work, enter your business name, then your email and a password of at least 10 characters.
Your 14-day free trial starts straight away, with no card. You can change your details later in Settings.
To come back, tap Log in and enter your email and password. If you turned on two-factor sign-in, you will also enter the 6-digit code.
If you forget your password, tap Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email and tap Email me a reset link.
Open the email and tap the link. It works for one hour, and only once.
Choose a new password. You are signed in, and signed out everywhere else.

The message after you ask for a reset is the same whether or not that email has an account, so nobody can use it to find out who does.
Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive. You can ask for up to 5 reset emails for an address in 15 minutes.
If your link has expired, ask for a new one.
To change your password while you are logged in, use Settings.
