What it does

You set your rates once in a price list. Then, for each job, you build a quote from that list (or describe the job and let the AI draft it, which you check and change), text your customer a private link, and they accept by typing their name. From there it becomes an invoice your customer can pay by card or bank from the same kind of link, with deposits, extra work, reminders, a calendar and your costs and profit along the way.

Our story

QuoteDash was founded by tradespeople with decades of hands-on experience. We got tired of quotes that went nowhere, calls we missed, and endless hours chasing customers to get paid. So we built the app we wanted: made by tradespeople, for tradespeople. It helps you quote on the spot, get paid sooner, and spend your time on the work you love, not wrestling with software.

What we stand for

Your prices are yours

Every quote is built from your own price list. When the AI drafts a quote it can only pick items from your list and a quantity. It has no way to set or invent a price.

No cut of your payments

Customers pay by card or bank through Stripe, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. QuoteDash charges one plan price and takes no share of what you earn.

Your customers need nothing

They get a private link by text, read the quote and accept by typing their name. No app, no account, no password.

Your data goes with you

You can download your payments, invoices, jobs, customers and costs as spreadsheet files whenever you like.
